On 1 April 2021, Treatment Action Group (TAG) and the TB Europe Coalition co-hosted a webinar, Demanding a higher standard of TB care in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA). The webinar marked the launch of TAG’s TB Activist’s Guides recently translated to Russian and featured speakers who discussed policy gaps and advocacy strategies for activists to demand access to the highest standard of care for TB diagnosis, treatment, and prevention in EECA.

TAG online training course: TB Preventive Treatment | Fundamentals for Activists!

For the third year, Treatment Action Group (TAG), with support from the IMPAACT4TB project, is organizing a self-guided Moodle online training course (2 May - 6 June 2021), TB Preventive Treatment | Fundamentals for Activists!, open to any members of TB civil society and communities. TB and viral hepatitis co-infections and advanced HIV disease (AHD) put the lives of people living with HIV at risk, and interventions to address these must be prioritized by the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and reflected in its funding allocations.
