TAG webinar: TB diagnostics pipeline: New tools & opportunities to improve access to testing - recording now available online
On 15 May 2024, Treatment Action Group (TAG) hosted a webinar on TB diagnostics pipeline: New tools & opportunities to improve access to testing.
The webinar provided an overview of the TB diagnostics research and development pipeline; highlighted promising new tools that are nearing the end of the pipeline; and raised key policy and implementation considerations. The purpose of the webinar was to support advocates to anticipate scientific developments and identify priorities for TB diagnostics advocacy. Participants left the webinar with a better understanding of the landscape of TB diagnostics in development, the potential advantages of new tests, and how they might replace, compete with, or complement existing technologies.
