Aidspan publishes new issue of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 352 of the ‘Global Fund Observer.’ The newsletter includes pieces on various topics, including an article on the Trump administration’s FY 2020 budget proposal as it relates to the Global Fund, a commentary on country coordinating mechanisms, and a feature on the India Health Fund.
