Aidspan publishes new issue of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 344 of the ‘Global Fund Observer.’ The newsletter includes articles on various topics, including the release of a report on the 2017 Office of the Inspector General advisory review on governance; an interview with Scott Filler, senior disease coordinator for malaria at the Global Fund; and an analysis discussing the low proportion of funding for HIV prevention among adolescents and youth in Africa’s Eastern and Southern regions relative to the disease’s impact on the population.
