Aidspan publishes new issue of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 295 of the “Global Fund Observer.” The newsletter features articles on various topics including an analysis of a new health financing management tool for African governments; a roundup of donor pledges to the Global Fund replenishment; and an article on the Global Fund’s enhanced focus on gender equality in its 2017-2022 strategy.
