Aidspan publishes new issue of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 275 of the “Global Fund Observer.” The issue is devoted exclusively to articles on issues discussed at the Global Fund Board meeting held in Geneva on 16-17 November 2015.
