EHRN: REGIONAL DIALOGUE: Please express your views on the Regional Project to the Global Fund
Dear Friends!
We seek your participation in a survey that, through a collective effort, will help us develop a regional project. The project will be implemented in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) from 2014 to 2016 as a part of the New Funding Model (NFM) of the Global Fund.
At the end of February 2013, the Global Fund announced the launch of the NFM. As a part of the early applications process, 6 countries and 3 regional initiatives, including the Eurasian Harm Reduction Network, were selected. An HIV regional project in EECA is a unique opportunity for all of us and your support and participation in the development of the regional initiative is extremely important!
EHRN plans to develop and realize the regional project in partnership with international, regional, and national organizations working in the field of harm reduction, or identifying as drug user groups.
From May 14 to 27th we ask you to spend 10-15 minutes of your time to fill out this survey and give us feedback on goals, objectives, principal activities, and added value of the regional initiative aimed at resolving pressing issues in HIV and TB control in injecting drug user populations.
We hope that this survey, which is just the beginning of a regional dialogue, will allow us reach a great number of regional and national organizations in EECA, working in the area of harm reduction, human rights, and HIV and TB treatment.
