Call for nominations for constituency and country representatives on the Stop TB Partnership Coordinating Board

15 April 2013 - Geneva - The Stop TB Partnership Secretariat is inviting nominations from individuals who are interested in serving as country or constituency representatives on the Coordinating Board.

The Secretariat is recruiting for a total of nine Board seats that are currently vacant:

  • four seats for country representatives
  • two seats for community representatives
  • one seat for a representative of NGOs in developing countries
  • one seat for a representative of NGOs in developed countries
  • one seat for a private sector representative

The call for nominations is part of the package of governance reforms approved by the Coordinating Board at its 22nd meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in November 2012. The reforms are designed to broaden the base of partners represented on the board..

All nominations should be submitted by Monday, 13 May 2013 to stoptbboard@who.int.
