4-5 December 2018 l Geneva, Switzerland - Civil society, communities, people affected by TB, technical partners and stakeholders discussed in Geneva how to use accountability to turn the UN High-Level Meeting on TB targets and commitments into results.
On 4 and 5 December, the Stop TB Partnership facilitated the meeting where 30 participants discussed the next steps for civil society, communities, and people affected by TB to ensure that there is adequate civil society space in constructing and implementing accountability indicators, tools, and mechanisms in the aftermath of the adoption of the UN Political Declaration on TB and assure targets and commitments agreed in New York in September don’t remain only words on paper.
