50th Union World Conference on Lung Health: Scholarship applications are now open
The Union offers a limited number of scholarships for individuals affected by lung disease, invited symposia speakers, authors of accepted abstracts and community volunteers.
The scholarships are intended to support some of the costs associated with attending the conference, as follows:
- Symposia speakers and authors of abstracts may apply for scholarships covering registration, accomodation and/or travel expenses.
- Community volunteers and individuals affected by lung disease can apply for free registration to the conference.
Applicants from low- and middle-income countries will be given priority.
The application process will close on 28 June to give scholarship recipients the maximum amount of time to organise their trip, secure funding from additional sources and complete visa applications. Visit The Union's website for more information on eligibility and the application process.
