Aidspan publishes new issue of ‘Global Fund Observer’

Aidspan, an independent watchdog of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, published Issue 353 of the ‘Global Fund Observer.’ The newsletter includes pieces on various topics, including the need for improvement in the human resource processes and practices of the Global Fund Secretariat and the launch of a monthly digest of resources to support the Global Fund’s sixth replenishment.
