Call for case studies and good practices on action on TB and comorbidities
In 2019 the World Health Organization (WHO) will be developing a Framework for Action on TB and Comorbidities within the context of universal health coverage. Comorbidities addressed will include diabetes, mental illness, harmful use of drugs and alcohol, undernutrition, chronic respiratory diseases and lung cancer.
To support this work, WHO is seeking examples of good practice in countries on different aspects of implementation, monitoring and evaluation of integrated action on TB and these comorbidities. Select examples will be published to accompany the framework to support global scale-up.
